Bayville resident Maria Dargan,
of CENTURY 21 At The Shore Realty, Bayville
has been selected 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s
Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Ocean County Chapter.
This annual award recognizes a REALTOR® member who fully exercises
their potential as an entrepreneur and real estate industry leader;
and who shares their time, talent and expertise with others in the profession
and in the community.
Dargan has been active in the WCR Ocean County Chapter for the last
three years and currently holds the Chapter Treasurer position for 2010.
She’s been a REALTOR ASSOCIATE® for 4 Years and has received the designation
as Accredited Buyers Representative® (ABR). She has also been recognized
several times for being Listing, Selling, or Rental agent of the month
in her agency. She states that "the agents that I work with at

make me strive to be the best I can be" and that "Nancy
Gray, Broker/Owner of our agency is a daily inspiration to us all."
The Ocean County Chapter of the WCR has nearly 100 members. The WCR
is a nationwide community of more than 17,000 real estate professionals
and is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.
