We are nearing the end of membership renewal time and we would love to see you continue with our Chapter.

Our Program for 2010 proves to bring lots of educational information and excellent networking opportunities for you.

If you have any hesitation let me tell you that we have also been able to reduce the registration cost to most of our monthly meetings to $10 and $20 for non-members. This is a huge savings and just one of the many member benefits.

It has already been a jammed packed year for the OC-WCR! Our January and February meetings were a great success and our first Joint Chapter Meeting with Monmouth & Middlesex Chapters was also an enormous success.

On April 15th we are holding another panel discussion bringing together industry professionals to talk about “Cultural Diversity” in our every day work place. All the nuances of the different cultures in our market area and what are the best practices when interacting with people from other ethnic backgrounds. Join us for $10 and get a full breakfast at the Ocean Breeze Restaurant on Route 9 in Waretown.

On March 19 – 21 I attended the WCR Summit in Chicago along with Robin Bahr our state Governor. The “New Rules of Real Estate – Trends, Technology & Social Media was exciting. The focus was on cutting-edge trends and technology tools that are must haves for today’s agent.

We’re bringing that technology training to New Jersey in June, with nationally recognized trainer and coach Amy Chorew. Be sure to read in inside article about this tech savvy speaker.
